In-company Workshops
Compose your In-company Workshop
Choose your preferred starting point, prepare a few practical and learning-related details and use the Workshop Builder to create your proposal. You can review everything before submitting it, and ENTRIMA will review your proposal before anything becomes final.
Choose a workshop template
Start with a proven workshop format
You do not have to build your workshop from scratch. ENTRIMA’s workshop templates provide a predefined structure that you can use as the starting point for your proposal.
Choose the template that best matches your learning needs. In the Workshop Builder, you can then adapt the workshop details, learning objectives, target group and programme to your organisation.

Before you start
Prepare your workshop proposal
You do not need to have every detail finalised before you start. However, thinking about the following information beforehand will help you move through the Workshop Builder quickly and prepare a more complete proposal:
- Workshop format – whether you want to start with an ENTRIMA template or create your own programme;
- Workshop details – a working title, preferred duration and expected number of participants;
- Preferred date(s) – one or more dates that could work for your organisation;
- Delivery – whether you prefer an online or on-site workshop;
- Learning objectives – what participants should know, understand or be able to do afterwards;
- Target group – who the workshop is intended for;
- Programme – the topics you want the workshop to cover;
- Specific requirements – any additional wishes, circumstances or requirements ENTRIMA should take into account.
You do not need to provide the names of individual participants yet. We will ask for these shortly before the workshop.
It only takes five steps
The Workshop Builder guides you through the process. You can review all information before submitting your proposal to ENTRIMA.
- Get started
Choose an ENTRIMA workshop template as your starting point or start with a blank proposal. - Workshop details
Define the workshop name, duration, number of participants and preferred date or dates. Add your learning objectives, target group, programme and any specific requirements. - Billing
Provide the information required for billing. - Venue
Provide the required information about the workshop location or delivery arrangements. - Review
Review your complete workshop proposal before submitting it to ENTRIMA.
Submitting your proposal does not create a final agreement. ENTRIMA will first review your proposal and may contact you if anything needs clarification or adjustment.
What happens next?
From proposal to In-company Workshop
Once you submit your proposal, ENTRIMA reviews the information you have provided. If anything needs to be clarified or adjusted, we will contact you before the workshop is finalised.
Prepare proposal → ENTRIMA review → Final contract → Payment → Workshop
This means you can use the Workshop Builder to explore and define your requirements without entering into a final agreement simply by submitting your proposal.
